Part 2: Magnetic field sensors
The BLZMS251 is a block cylinder made of high-strength aluminium with variable external sensing.
This makes it relatively light and it is possible to subsequently adjust the switching point once it has been set.
The cylinder can be pressurised up to 250 bar and is available in all mounting variants.
The area of application wherever the pneumatic cylinder with its force is no longer sufficient.
Application:
If a designer chooses a BLZMS with standard stroke, but does not drive the exact stroke because he allows himself a certain reserve - because he reckons with a tolerance uncertainty or simply keeps some safety out of habit - standard strokes can be used for a short time. Nevertheless, his signal can be adjusted and picked up by himself.
Moreover, he can use a longer stroke for various shorter applications, since he can readjust the signal himself.
