The push unit is an example of the customer and needs-based further development of proven hydraulic cylinders from HEB. The push unit embodies two functions in one component and is basically nothing more than a round cylinder with integrated guide columns. An additional external guide for absorbing lateral loads is therefore unnecessary.
Push units provide targeted application of force. The long guide lengths in the head of the push unit absorb extreme lateral forces. A compact design and the high quality standard make the push unit a popular cylinder for deburring tools and machine construction. You save space and ultimately costs!
Our modular product range allows easy orientation and allows you to easily assemble the suitable cylinder according to your requirements, such as push unit with position switch and push unit with 2 or 4 guide columns. HEB offers different piston diameters and strokes as required.
Many other options such as selection of the seal type, standardized and modified groove dimensions and locating pin bores for locking at higher pressures complete the offer. HEB offers a wide variety of push units.
