Our VBZNI250, the new compact locking cylinder from HEB.
Double-acting with integrated locking and end position monitoring with only two sensors, operating temperatures up to 120°C. available in 7 construction forms, all variants are standard with bleed screws. Available from piston diameter 32 (locking force 55kN) to piston diameter 63mm (locking force 140kN)
Most designs are 1:1 interchangeable with our block cylinder series with and without end position sensing. Remove the previous cylinders, screw on the VBZNI250, ventilate and continue to produce because the profile dimensions correspond to our block cylinder series.
HEB complements the locking cylinder VZS251, which has already been widely used for many years in molding and tooling, with a more compact version.
