Improved material options For the E200, ZG160 and NOZ161 series, we now offer the S14 option, in which the piston rod is made from the high-quality material 1.4301 and is hard chrome-plated. In addition, the piston rod running surface of the S13 option for the E200 and ZG160 series is hardened and hard chrome-plated.
Optimized display and selection For the KRZ250 series, the next possible standard stroke is now displayed alongside the selected special stroke, making selection easier. We have also improved the display on the PDF data sheets so that the stroke shown (Stroke=) is now more clearly highlighted.
Adjustments and extensions Various dimensions, such as the dimension L3 for E200 Ø18-32 and the diameter d8 for piston rod Ø >=45, have been adjusted. The option of venting (S7) has also been added for the DRZ250 series.
Visual improvements To improve legibility and recognition, the KRZ250 and DRZ250 flange cylinders and the DIN24554, NOZ1461 and NOZ251 standard cylinders as well as the E200 and ZG160 screw-in cylinders have been given a dark grey color.
Functionality and safety Particularly noteworthy is the adjustment that allows the piston rod to move only within the defined stroke range and to be rotated through 360°. This increases flexibility and safety during use.
New options and notes The KRZ250 now includes a new option with dowel pin bore. In addition, the wiper on the ZG160, KRZ250 and DRZ250 has been colored red to indicate possible interfering edges.
