For the first time in over 40 years of company history, there will be three apprentices at HEB in September 2022.
All three apprentices (from left to right: Sebastian Wilczynski, Daniel Jünke and Maximilian Schinzig) are training to become industrial mechanics.
As part of the three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship, the junior employees pass through the entire production process. This enables them to get to know the individual work methods and processes of the respective specialist departments and thus better understand the interlinking of the departments within the company.
