1. what do you like about your workplace/employer? My workplace/employer has always supported me, been helpful, social and transparent.
2. why have you been loyal to HEB for so long? Company loyalty is a foreign word these days. I am proud to have been with HEB for 35 years. The company needs me and for me it is just as important.
3. how do you see your future? I would like to retire in peace and enjoy my retirement. Nevertheless, I will remain loyal to the company and rush to help when I am needed.
Siggi is an old hand at HEB.
He started as a cutting machine operator on conventional lathes and has now been working on semi-automatic lathes for over 20 years.
There he is mainly responsible for medium to large parts. Even when things get stuck, he is always there for HEB.
We appreciate his honest, open manner and are very happy to have such a loyal and faithful employee and colleague.
