The big sucsess with the proven bloc cylinder with magnetic query will now also transferred to the round cylinders.
The Z100 and Z160 are now available with free adjustable, magnetic sensing of end Position as ZMS100 or ZMS160.
This can be freely arranged at the cylinder tube.
Magnetic field sensors, mounted on the cylinder tube with pipe clamps, indicate the position of the piston. The sensors are steplessly adjustable, and react to a magnet fitted in the piston.
By sliding the sensors, the switching points can be set at will anywhere along the stroke of the cylinder.
The two magnetic field sensors are suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -25˚C to +70˚C. They have LED indicators, and 3 metres of cable each.
With the additional designation S55, the cylinder is also suitable for temperatures up to 120°C.
There are connectors ca. 100mm from the sensors, so that it is possible to change the sensors without re-adjustment or re-wiring.
ZMS100:
Pressure resistan up to 100bar.
Piston-Ø 20 to 80mm and strokes up to 3000mm.
ZMS160:
Pressure resistant up to160bar.
Piston-Ø 25 to 80mm and strokes up to 3000mm.
The ZMS100 is also available with sensores as ZNI101 or without sensors too as Z100.
The ZMS160 is also available with sensores as ZNI161 or without sensors too as Z160.
